Cincinnati at Louisville (Fri) – This game would have been a battle of the undefeateds, but Cincinnati blew it last week. Cincy has beaten Louisville four straight times, but this one should break that streak. Teddy Bridgewater should have a good day vs. the Bearcat defense that couldn’t beat Toledo last week. Louisville by a TD or more.
Texas Tech at Kansas State – Texas Tech’s defense has been good at times, and they have been bad at times. Doege is an underdog in the Heisman and has had two big games (13 TDs) in the last two weeks. Can TT keep it rolling vs Klein and K-State? I’m afraid not, but this game should see both teams in the 30′s at least in scoring, but KSU should win.
Florida vs Georgia – Georgia hasn’t looked all that great recently, while Florida continues to do its thing. However, I think the Bulldogs will make it closer than people think but Florida will pull it out in the fourth Q.
Ohio State at Penn State – Matt McGloin, the former walkon has been solid this year for Penn St. throwing 14 TDs and just 2 INTs. The Buckeye defense has been crappy against the pass at times, and crappy in general at times. This is both teams biggest game yet. I think Braxton or Guiton, whoever plays (should be Braxton) will lead the Buckeyes to a close victory, a one-possession game.
Notre Dame at Oklahoma – I think Oklahoma will insert their name into the top of the best one-loss team with a convincing home victory over Notre Dame. Their defense is good, but I don’t think their offense has enough to keep up with the Sooners who are getting hot at the right time. Oklahoma by around 10-14 points.
Heidelberg will score points at Mount Union (D-III) – The D-III Mount Union (OH) Raiders have shutout six straight teams (allowed 7 points all year), and are ranked #1. With a fellow undefeated squad in Heidelberg coming to Alliance, OH. The Heidelberg Student Prince, yes, really, that is their name, will score at least three this weekend.
Indiana over Illinois – Both teams are 2-5, 0-3 and the Hoosiers should get the win on the road.
Duke over Florida State – Only because it would be sweet if Duke won this game.
